Inforte Bilişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. provides necessary technological consultancy to its customers with its high level of knowledge and experience for the products that it distributes, thanks to its I-PHD (Inforte Professional Services Directorate). With its technical certifications, high level of site experience and knowledge on its own field Inforte Professional Services Directorate diagnoses the needs of the customers appropriately and offers the necessary solutions to the customers. The Professional Services Directorate ensures that the appropriate solutions which were determined are effectively added to the customers infrastructure.

Consultancy

I-PHD is directing the customer to the right direction so that the solutions that are suitable for customer needs can be used in maximum efficiency within the customers infrastructure. We are organizing the work required to meet the needs of our client. We are providing the necessary consulting services for the use of the latest technology that fulfills the needs of our customers.

Maintenance Support

I-PHD continues to be there when the customer needs it thanks to its different support and maintenance options. In order to eliminate an arising issue, it offers solutions with 7 × 24, 08: 00 × 17: 00 or call-based support options. It provides all kinds of support to its customers spread all around Turkey with the help of its technical staff who are working at Istanbul or Ankara regional directorates.

With the health check included in the maintenance support service, the installed solution is checked regularly and the maximum efficiency is ensured. During this control phase, the new situations arising due to adaptation of the system to the changes in the customer infrastructure are also evaluated and necessary arrangements and integrations are carried out.

Training

I-PHD with its certified and experienced technical staff also provides technical training to ensure that the solutions offered to the customers are used at maximum efficiency. The trainings that can serve the needs of the customers who want to be directed to the certification are prepared in the direction to meet the demands in terms of content and they can take place based on the places and times requested by the customer.

Pre-Sale

In the process that begins with the identification of opportunities, we are providing our business partners with critical services such as customer technical sessions, needs analysis, demo / POC, preparation of “Specifications” and competition analysis. Post-Sales
