Completion of Inforte Acquisition by Business & Decision
CHICAGO, July 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Business & Decision Group
(Euronext: BND) the international consulting and systems integration
company specializing in Business Intelligence, Customer Relationship
Management and Enterprise Solutions, today announced the completion of the
Inforte (Nasdaq: INFT) acquisition. The terms of the merger, agreed to in
May, were ratified on July 26.
With this transaction Business & Decision reinforces its presence in
the United States, the United Kingdom and in India. Moreover, this
agreement enables the company to establish itself in Germany.
With more than 250 employees, Inforte is widely recognized for its
Business Intelligence and CRM domain expertise.
For Inforte, this merger will enable the company to attain a critical
mass in order to carry out larger projects. Furthermore, shared knowledge
with the Business & Decision Group will lead to a new outlook on German and
North American markets.
