Key Responsibilities:

Our Strategy Consultants work with clients across multiple industries, such as; Consumer Goods, Media, Telecom, Financial Services, Life Sciences, High Tech, or Manufacturing. You will analyze customer and marketing data using MS Excel and other data analysis tools. In addition, you will experience complete (re) design efforts and identify and document business requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Background in customer related processes (sales, marketing, service, customer management).
• Understanding of basic customer strategic models (customer segmentation, customer value propositions, go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to build financial models including business cases and ROI.
• Experience in developing, managing and deploying change management programs.

SAP BI Delivery (North America)

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be a member of a team with multiple specializations focused on developing solutions based on the SAP Business Information Warehouse (BW) and NetWeaver 7.0 environment. As a member of the team, there are several activities where you may focus, depending on the needs of the project. These include:

• Lead and contribute to meetings with end users to understand business processes and needs. These meetings may focus on reporting, queries, and analytics, and on requirements outside the BW environment that enable the solution.
• Develop functional specifications of business requirements.
• Evaluate SAP standard business content and it's applicability to business requirements.
• Work with BW architects to design solutions that will optimally address business needs.
• Model and build the data structures required to support solution (InfoCubes, InfoObjects).
• Design and build structures for the extraction, transformation and loading of data into the BW environment.

Customer Management Delivery (North America)

We are looking for a developer to build customizations on top of Salesforce.com. This individual will be responsible for building customizations (i.e. S-Controls or APEX code) on top of Salesforce.com, and providing assistance in integrating Salesforce.com data with other business applications. This position needs an individual who can create or participate in the creation of functional and technical designs, assist in setting design standards, and participate in user documentation processes. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the software development life cycle and have proven experience with the implementation of complex projects including technical design and analyzing requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Implement enhancements and integration within Salesforce.com.
• Plan and performs system Integration testing.
• Performs coding and unit testing of software projects with high quality deliverable.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ Years of Hands on experience with SFDC.
